We’ve designed the Automatic Check-in to help our customers avoid the hassle and long wait lines at the airport. If the option is selected, we’ll make sure to check you in and send the boarding passes to the provided email address at least one day before the flight.
If there are no seat preferences indicated, we’ll make sure to select the most comfortable seats on your behalf when making the check-in. However, we cannot guarantee that the passengers flying together will be seated next to each other.
Once the boarding pass is received, make sure to print it out. Then, after arriving at the airport, go straight to baggage handling and boarding control.
Please double-check to avoid bringing any dangerous items in your carry-on or personal belongings.
In some cases, the airlines might restrict us from doing the online check-in on your behalf. If it happens, we’ll inform you via email and refund the service price. In cases like these, the check-in should be made personally at the airport.
