Can I change the departure or destination place with the Flexible Ticket?
No, you can’t make these changes. The Flexible Ticket option allows you only to request a change of the date or time of the booked flight.
Also, it’s important to mention that your booking can be changed within the same airline(s) only. So, if you’re planning to fly with another carrier, you’ll not be able to use this option to do it.
In case you want to make other changes to your bookings, such as name corrections or ticket transfers to another person, then we recommend you consider one of our Support Bundles that offer you to change routing, change names, or rearrange seats.
